“This is a great bed. Sturdy and looks great in our spare room. I only rated it a 4 instead of a 5 to help understand the quality from a wood perspective. In photos and truly from far away it looks really nice. Up close though you can tell it is a painted/printed particle board or laminate darker trim. It is noticeable. This should not deter you from purchasing as it is super cute. Just always good to set expectations for the purchase! Enjoy you won’t be disappointed!”

“We got this as a gift for my teenage daughter who wanted to update her room for Christmas. This bed is stunning! Looks great in her room with her decor. The only thing that we dislike is how wobbly the headboard is. Once attached to her bed frame it still feel very unsturdy. We may look into purchasing the rails and footboard in the future though to add stability. Overall it's a great piece!”

“I bought this bed on cyber Monday for a bargain price. Recieved the bed in about 4 days to my home. Easy to assemble and good instructions. The bed looks beautiful. Not the highest quality and don't see the bed lasting years and years. At the end of the day you get what you paid for.”

“I bought this bed online without seeing it in the store. It is made from particle board with basically a sticker over the particle board for the design. It is solid I just expected some wood somewhere. I would not have bought this bed if I had seen it in the showroom first”

“We bought this last week and we did not receive all of the pieces. It was a nightmare. We also had to cut a piece off the headboard to make it fit. We were three hours from home and had to go to the hardware store 2 tines to buy nuts and bolts and a saw to cut the piece of wood off to make the headboard work.”

“Once assembled, this is a very cute headboard. However, the quality is very poor. The corners are already peeling (the "rustic" look is basically a sticker) and the headboard didn't come with the correct screws to secure to the bed frame. My husband went to buy new screws, and was able to fashion the headboard to our bed frame. Once pushed up against the wall, it doesn't sway as much.. but still not great quality.
Sadly, I just moved into my new home, and the first piece of furniture I buy I know will only be a temporary piece. We will keep this until we have the money to purchase a nicer piece.”

“Headboard arrived broken. Bed panels arrived with no hardware. Fought with Ashley for over a month to get replacements with awful customer service. When replacement hardware arrived, it was only one piece instead of the 4 we needed for the panels to attach. Still waiting on the other three pieces and unable to put bed together”

“Haven’t received footboard and when I call Ashley furniture y’all say it’s on the way but doesn’t show on FedEx tracking. Received headboard and railing within 24 hrs. Unable to put up bed with missing footboard. I call customer service and you all refuse to say it’s a missing package when I can’t even pull it up on FedEx. I was happy at first cause I thought I received the bed within in first day then I realized footboard was not delivered. Kinda disappointed on the communication cause your customer service just keeps telling me it’s on the way with no delivery date or anything when I ask. Then I receive this like I should have received. Kind of disappointing. I was looking forward to my new purchase.”

“Ordered bed and mattress, bed arrived in a timely manner but boxes arrived they were all torn up. Three weeks later still no delivery date or information on the mattress. Slight damage to headboard of bed, hardware missing from bed rails. Was willing to over look the slight damage, just wanted all the hardware for bed rails so we could put the bed together. Called and received the replacement hardware package, but it still did not have all of the hardware needed to put the bed together (missing 12 G11 bolts). Called once again and they said they would send the missing hardware, a week later no information was received and additional hardware still had not been shipped. Got tired of dealing with it, requested to cancel order.”

“This was a really bad experience all the way around. Nightstands came damaged before we received the headboard. In order to receive a replacement, had to go through the process of uploading photos of the damage, taking the damaged items to Goodwill, getting a receipt for doing so, then submitting that receipt. Received headboard, went to put that together, damaged as well. Now we will have to go through that entire process again. This is just a lot for ordering $2000 worth of whats supposed to be new, undamaged furniture. Definitely would not order here again.”
