Worst piece of furniture and lousy service.

“Worst piece of furniture I’ve ever bought. Upon its delivery, the sliding barn door is slanted on the railing that was improperly installed. I may as well have bought the badly crafted furniture at Walmart. When I mention to the sales rep that I wanted to return it, she was upset about not getting a commission and told me to never contact her again. Because of everything else that I was going through, I decided to just keep the lousy piece of furniture. Ever since then I take my business elsewhere like Ethan‘s or other high-quality furniture stores.”

“I went to one of the Ashley stores. The employees were great until I realized I was being charged $1450 for 4 pieces when online I was able to purchase it for $1050. I confronted the salesmen and it was a back and forth hassle. They told me not to purchase online because the pieces would come broken. So I ended up purchasing online to save the money and I loved the pieces so much. They came and are put together great. Strong and sturdy wood. Great people who delivered it and the furniture is better than what I expected. Have purchase twice online with no issues. Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing anything online to save money and hassle. They also told me it would take 4-5 weeks if purchased in the store. My 4 items were delivered in 2 by purchasing online :-) very satisfied with the site! Thank you!!!”

The second I saw this piece in the back with the full size bed display (presumably a mock child's room) I knew I had to order it. I actually decided to buy this piece instead of the chest of drawers; the sales ladies said it was a great decision. This piece was the selling point on the entire set for me. I absolutely love it and I cannot wait to see it all together when it gets delivered!!”
