“We already had one chest of drawers in this design from Ashley, and we really just needed another to match so my husband and I could be more organized. We waited 2 weeks for the delivery and were counting down the days only to receive a chest that was very damaged when we opened the box. We could not wait for another chest of drawers, and with a 5 month old we have little time as it is to do things like this. Super disappointing. We ended up keeping the chest due to lack of options but are not satisfied at all with the result of this purchase.”

“Beautiful set. However, I informed the delivery and quality control people via phone that the drawers are mis-aligned. The person on the phone assured me that someone would come and make the adjustments but no one ever came. It would be entirely too much work for me to re-align them myself. Then there is the strong wood smell that hasn’t dissipated yet, despite using all types of methods to air it out. Hopefully the smell will dissipate soon. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase for what I needed.”

It can get top heavy and needs to be stabilized if items are placed on top of the drawers. The delivery was quick, professional and came chest came assembled. I did have to wait a few months to receive this so keep that in mind when ordering. I recommend this entire set.”

“I purchased it thinking it was made of actual wood. The top is just a vinyl wrap over particle board to ‘look’ like wood. The surface is poorly painted on to look weathered. The drawer fitment was completely different for each drawer. Gaps in some spots and rubbing in others. The piece looks about half of what I paid for it.”

“I took a chance and ordered a complete Willowton bedroom set (panel bed, nightstands, 5 drawer chest, and dressing chest) online. I had never made a major furniture purchase sight unseen, so I was a bit nervous during the several weeks I waited for delivery. Now that it's here, I couldn't be more pleased! I wanted a weathered, whitewashed finish for my coastal-themed room, and the Willowton did not disappoint. This isn't high-end furniture, so the wood grain is simulated, as are the "grooves" in the headboard and footboard of the panel bed. But it's nicely done. The drawers are roomy and glide smoothly. Hardware is sturdy and attractive. This furniture has a heavy, solid feel to it, and it seems well-made and durable. Time will tell, but right now, I'm very pleased with this purchase!”

“I ordered the entire set. The chest of drawers didn’t come when the entire set was delivered. It also didn’t come today after I waited for it. They’ve been telling me it’s backordered. They didn’t tell me it was backordered when I ordered the entire set. Now I have an incomplete set and I can’t empty the boxes and settled into my room. And by the way, my kitchen table came and that was broken. Nice work, Ashley furniture. I’ll never order from you again. This is unacceptable. If the entire set wasn’t available, you never should’ve let me order it in the first place. And you have the audacity to ask me for a review now? On what? I don’t have an item.
