“This furniture is cheap and the vinyl easily damages as we received the bed for this set as well and it doesn't hold up well. The first dresser was delivered with dried glue all over the top. The second dresser was delivered and the bottom drawer was janky and the track was not installed properly so I could fit my entire finger through the gap. The driver said he could schedule a tech to come out and fix the track. Also, the handles were installed upon delivery and scratched up the dresser and left huge indentions where the person who installed moved them back and forth and ruined the vinyl and it left a visible indention next to each handle where you could see where the metal dug into the vinyl.”

“I have no issues with this dresser. It’s sturdy and looks very nice , just like what we saw in the showroom. The middle drawer is huge and deep and overall I would say it’s A bit bigger than a normal size dresser. We did not pay for assembly. They really do just drop it at the door and it is heavy so have someone there with you . The only thing we had to assemble was the hardware (handles) and the legs at the bottom. We chose not to even bother putting the legs on (it’s on carpet ) and it’s been fine! If you choose not to get assembly , also note that the pallet at the bottom will still be stapled to the box and the amount of trash is a lot. But we managed and saved money”

“The same day I got it the track for one of the drawers broke right off. I call Ashley and they set up a tech to come out and look at it, the day the tech was scheduled he didn’t show up during the time frame given. I called Ashely to find out what was going on and they said they gave me the wrong time and then gave me a new time frame for that afternoon, still no one showed up. When I called Ashely this time they told me the tech couldn’t find my house and that they would need to reschedule. He never called and no one else has ever had any issue finding my house. The decided by the pictures I sent of the broken dresser that it needed to be replaced and a tech wouldn’t be able to do anything anyways. They sent up a time for them to come swap the dressers out but of course the day before they canceled it because they didn’t have one in stock and set up a new date a month out. Still waiting on for one that isn’t broke.”

The right side however do not glide easily. The top right drawer is a very tight fit. The second drawer is touching the bottom drawer and when you pull out the second drawer the bottom drawer opens as well. I also have the matching nightstand and love it. It works perfectly. I will most likely order another nightstand. I think this was just a problem with the assembly. It seems sturdy and I love the look. I would have given 5 Stars had the drawers worked correctly upon arrival.”

“Overpriced. Cheap quality. Drawers are made of a very thin material and are not sturdy. The drawer knob hardware is also very cheap. Dresser looks nice if you are just looking at it but as soon as you open a drawer you’ll realize it’s not very high quality. Should be priced less than $300. One drawer closes crooked. I would return but it’s just too much trouble, so my husband is going to reinforce the drawers, replace the slides, reset the crooked drawer, and I’ll buy new hardware.”
