“The description does not say that the headboard is boucle. It's not a fresh white fabric as described in the listing description. It looks very cheap. It's off-white, closer to beige than white. The photos show 6 screws so that you might possibly be able to change the headboard fabric, but it arrived with 12 fasteners that do not match up with any bits in my Makita drill set.
And the best part? Ashley's will not exchange this bed for another bed. Their solution is for me to pay for the return of the bed. Then I can order another bed from them while I await my refund.
Worse customer service and misleading product descriptions. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for an elegant white headboard.”
