“Worst purchasing experience I've ever had (and I have flipped houses, so buy a lot). Original sales associate never ordered me the slats so waited over 2 months to get them so I could put together my bed only to find the feet were totally misaligned and couldn't attach not to mention it came with 2 stripped screws....maddening!!!! Ended up drilling through the footbed in order for things to align and made a late night trip to Lowes to replace the cheap hardware. Such a nightmare. Will not be back.”

“I bought this bed and it's really pretty, it just had a few details, for example, in one part the wood was slightly damaged and on the back of the backrest the fabric was a little torn. I think they should improve when sending a product to be sure that it is something that meets the quality. For the rest, everything is fine, it's big, pretty, and cozy.”

“Where to begin...
1, the bed came in boxes that were absolutely beat to death.
2, the slats... let me tell you about the slats. Some of them are warped. Every time we sit on the foot of the bed it almost sounds like the slats are cracking from them being straightened out and tapping down on the support slat. It's loud enough that it startled my dog the first few times she jumped up. Furthermore, each slat was cut to be as small as possibly to still bridge the gap between rails. I had to drill the screws diagonally to secure them on both rails on every board. I feel bad for anyone that paid full retail for this bed.
3, The bed appears to have either been used and returned or was used on a showroom floor. There was definite wear where the rails met the headboard and footings. I didnt see anything on the website about this being a showroom bed or a return so kind of annoyed about that.
4, the Bolts between the headboard and rails were bent, was hell to fasten.”

“Oh the saga of this bed. The side railing of the bed broke after three weeks of use - I’m 105 pounds, mind you.
I purchased this bed in anticipation of moving to a new home, so the bed was delivered to my original address. It was assembled in the new home. After it broke after 3 weeks, I had to go through the ringer to get a replacement as I was told by customer service that I could only have a replacement sent to the original address that I had used to purchase the bed. I spent almost a week fighting the “offshore” call center to make it right and was still charged for the replacement!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY. Looks cute in photos but not practical and they will f*** you over in terms of customer service”

“Looks nice but the quality is horrible. The slats underneath are just thin pieces of wood that you have to screw into the sides. It feels like it dips in the middle because of how weak the slats are. Really not impressed with Ashley, terrible quality products.”

“Buyers beware: we ordered this set and every single piece arrived damaged. Despite providing detailed documentation and photos of the damage to customer service, Ashley has refused to make it right. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After spending over $2,000, the lack of accountability and customer care is truly shocking. We were essentially told “too bad,” which is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and sickened by these business practices.
If you are looking for quality furniture and a company that stands behind its products, do not buy from Ashley.”
