Absolute JUNK!

“When received the instructions were completely wrong. I had to look up the correct ones online after an hour of trying to put the thing together. The support beams would not touch the ground with the instructions from the box or the ones online. They were about 3' too short obviously the wrong pieces came. The headboard came damaged and the entire bed was just very cheap flimsy wood. I called to get the correct instructions and after two phone calls still did not receive them. They said they would ship be the correct support beams in 7-10 business days, meanwhile I have guests coming that will be sleeping on the floor. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again which is sad but the quality of the bed and the poor customer service was very disappointing!”

“The invoice will show that it breaks down into three payments and the bed arrives in three different boxes. It was pretty easy to set up if you have an additional person helping! Overall it arrived quick and looks great! There will be a wood smell which I do not mind.”

“Where to begin...
1, the bed came in boxes that were absolutely beat to death.
2, the slats... let me tell you about the slats. Some of them are warped. Every time we sit on the foot of the bed it almost sounds like the slats are cracking from them being straightened out and tapping down on the support slat. It's loud enough that it startled my dog the first few times she jumped up. Furthermore, each slat was cut to be as small as possibly to still bridge the gap between rails. I had to drill the screws diagonally to secure them on both rails on every board. I feel bad for anyone that paid full retail for this bed.
3, The bed appears to have either been used and returned or was used on a showroom floor. There was definite wear where the rails met the headboard and footings. I didnt see anything on the website about this being a showroom bed or a return so kind of annoyed about that.
4, the Bolts between the headboard and rails were bent, was hell to fasten.”
