“Cheaply made cardboard furniture. Broken 3x in shipment because it's so lightweight and fragile and Ashley doesn't even package things properly for shipping. They are also a nightmare to deal with. Still waiting months to remove pending charges from all their damaged shipping. Meanwhile they have no trouble instantly charging my card MORE money for delivery fees for the deliveries I canceled. Ikea is 10x better quality at 1/4 the price.”
