Pretty but has issues!

“It’s a beautiful dresser that did come fully built, and it’s a good price for the size. I would recommend getting delivery because it’s pretty heavy to move upstairs if that’s where you want to keep it. However I knocked two stars off because the drawers do not pull out and open fully which I found very odd. They only open till about a little over half way. You have to bend down to be able to see the contents that are at the back which has already gotten to be very annoying after a week of use. The fees to return are high so I have kept it. Overall 3/5.”

“Beautiful dresser with heavy marble top. The drawers slide easily and it's easy to keep clean. The reason for 4 stars is that the drawers don't open the full length, they open about half way so you have to dig for things in the back to get to it.”

“MaryAnn was very patient as I decided on which dresser to purchase. Fortunately, her knowledge and insight helped me pick the right one for my bedroom. This dresser is sturdy and strong enough to hold the many clothes I have in the drawers. I am. very pleased with my purchase and are looking forward to working with her again.”

“Buyers beware: we ordered this set and every single piece arrived damaged. Despite providing detailed documentation and photos of the damage to customer service, Ashley has refused to make it right. The experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After spending over $2,000, the lack of accountability and customer care is truly shocking. We were essentially told “too bad,” which is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and sickened by these business practices.
If you are looking for quality furniture and a company that stands behind its products, do not buy from Ashley.”
