A complete mess.

“I purchased this platform bed for my daughter online. I placed the order on a Saturday. It arrived fast on Thursday, but it arrived busted up. I contacted Ashley furniture right away explained it was for my daughter. I needed them to ship another one expedited. They told me they couldn’t do expedited delivery, but they would make sure it was shipped out on Friday. On Saturday it still was not shipped out so I called to cancel the order get my refund and go buy a bed for my daughter somewhere else. They told me a supervisor was going to call me back to verify the refund. I never received a phone call. On Tuesday I get an email from FedEx saying a package was just shipped so not only did they not ship it on Friday but on Saturday when I called they never canceled it and they waited till Tuesday to send a replacement bed for my daughter that was not scheduled to arrive for another five days so I had to call Ashley furniture again and then they told me they wanted to wait until they could reroute the bed to give me my refund and I told them absolutely not. They did finally refund my money about what a complete and utter disaster.”
