“This bed frame is gorgeous, and perfect for the price! The extra details on the headboard are difficult to see in the listing pictures, but they look great in person. The dark charcoal black color also highlights the natural wood grain very well. I took a chance on this given that there weren’t many reviews, and it was definitely worth it, I highly recommend!”

“Bought this bed for my teen son. He loves it. It’s a sturdy and beautiful piece. Only thing was at the end of putting it together, there wasn’t any instructions on how to place the slats and what bolts to use but we figured it out.”

“I bought this platform bed online they shipped it FedEx. It arrived on a Thursday with the box completely ripped open, which I do not blame Ashley for however. I contacted Ashley furniture right away and was told they were shipping a replacement one out as soon as possible. I advised them that I threw out my daughter’s other bed and asked if they could expedite shipping. They told me they could not do that but they were going to make sure it was shipped on Friday. Saturday came and it still was not shipped so I called and told them to cancel it and just issue a refund on Tuesday morning I get an email from FedEx saying that my bed was just shipped out so not only did they lie to me about trying to ship it out on Friday but they didn’t ship it out for five days so I had to call again on Tuesday. Not only did they wait five days to ship it out but when I called on Saturday, they told me they were not gonna ship it. They were just gonna refund it. It was an absolute complete mess.”

“I 100% regret buying this bed. First off the anchors they sent to nail into the side wood panel for the rails came in damaged it was so closed off I couldn’t even grip it on to nail it. So ofcourse I contacted customer service and they wanted me to send pictures of the whole bed? I said I just need new hardware well they agreed to send it out …. But within 7-10 business days. My son has had to sleep in the living room while this is being shipped to us. They didn’t even accommodate a rush being that it was their mistake. Then what other reviewers didn’t mention the headboard is flimsy!!!! Who wants to lay on a flimsy headboard so my son cant even rest his head on it. I had to go out of my way on Amazon to purchase some headboard stabilizer. Also this bed squeaks… could be because we have floors and now I have to invest in a rug to put under his mattress. While the color and the idea and most of all the price is nice but ofcourse you get what you pay for! So for everyone raving about it idk if we got the same thing but this was so upsetting. Never blind purchasing a bed online every again. And yes we purchased a size full. Good think we had extra rails because the ones that come with the mattress doesn’t seem with enough support.”
