“Arrived completely broken. It is clear from the size of the screws, overall durability of the materials, and level of damage, that this dresser is cheap and would not hold up if we got a replacement. We are waiting for our instructions on how to send it back and get a refund. Thinking it is going to be a long and frustrating process. I should have just gone with IKEA and dealt with assembling my own dresser. I will never order from Ashley again at this point.”

“This is what was received. Although the drawers are okay. Top ones are smaller than the bottom ones. So it’s nice to put smaller things in those. Always review what you receive before accepting it. Also the material doesn’t seem very sturdy. But ofcourse you get what you pay for. The color I will say is very nice.”

“The item itself is great and I highly recommend. Ashley as store…not so much. I purchased this in May 2025 and it was delivered a couple of weeks later. It’s now August 2025 and Ashley customer service sends me an email telling me my card was declined and I owe them for the dresser. I had to go back and look at my transactions and it does a show the money being taken out and the money being refunded. How and why? I paid for my purchase the same way I pay for literally everything else. This is an issue with THEIR system, not mine and it’s not fair that I look like a deadbeat because of how they operate. Why was the dresser delivered if payment had not been received? It does not make sense. I will not be using Ashley ever again.”
