“Dresser is nice except it came in damaged and so half of it I can’t even use. It looks as if they were in a rush and drilled the screws in too fast and made the holes too big and every time I speak with someone they say they will have someone call me (they don’t) or that if I want I can call the number (they never answer) I haven’t been able to use it and they aren’t helping me fix the problem. Also it is missing its screws so even if I fixed the problem I don’t have the screws for it.”

“I really like this dresser. It has clean lines, an updated but not too modern feel to it. Nice upgrade. I did pay to have my dresser put together prior to delivery. My only complaint is that the drawers drag - you can hear them dragging on something. Some glide smoothly, others don't. I've removed drawers to try and figure it out but I'm not sure what's happening. Otherwise, nice dresser.”

“This dresser has been a big step up over the old 4 drawer model I used to have. The dark wood is real and very sturdy, plus it gave my house a nice woodsy smell for about 2 weeks after it was put in. The handles are nice and heavy, but were also very easy to install. I really appreciate the center support beam that keeps it from bowing inward like other furniture.
My only complaint is that the drawers do not come out nearly as far as I would like. There is plenty of space on the sides of the drawers for longer rails; not sure why they would cut them short. Either way I’ve gotten used to it and it’s really not a big deal. Overall I am very pleased and have much more storage space than before.”
