“The simple design of the bed frame is what I love most. My only complaint is that the side wood came chipped already and two of balance screw ins were faulty and wouldn’t work. Had to use a two from my previous frame. However, the panel itself was easy enough to put up.”

“I received my order with missing parts. The customer rep gave me a 7-10 days shipment on the parts that were missing and then didn't want to compensate me for my inconvenience. This was a terrible experience and going forward, I will use Wayfair because that company actually cares about their customers and are willing to compensate you to keep your business.”

“Piss poor white glove service. Bed broke 3 days later. Because screws were not in, missing stripped. Look closely. You can see the screws sticking out.”
