“Poor quality. 1 week after delivery and installation, ALL of the drawers on the right side have fallen off track. I discovered the installers drilled the holes too big and none of the screws will remain intact. The dresser will be non functional for 2 months until we receive replacement parts and have the installers come back out to correct their error. In my opinion Ashley should have sent a new dresser and, picked up the dresser they damaged. This whole purchase has been a nightmare.”
