“The box came fast but really damaged. I didn’t open product until I was on the phone with support because I was afraid of it being damaged and it was. When I called customer support and they took care of it and refunded me without any problems. It was my first experience ordering from online. I didn’t know that the products came from a separate warehouse , not our local warehouse even tho we ordered out of our local shop online. I think it’s much safer to order from a local store if possible. I do recommend their furniture tho.very beautiful and high quality furniture.”
