Bed frame and wooden slats damage

“the bed frame and wooden slacks do not match. it's been 7 days and the wood slats are cracked and the ply wood on the side frame is broken. the bed was not assembled properly. the wooden slats are very weak and flimsy also has 3 legs that was not shown online before purchase. the wooden slats is damaging my mattress as well. we are not happy with the purchase at all. we called to file a claim and no one has reached out to me yet. we are going to return the bedframe and not sure if we will purchase from Ashley's again.”

“The bed is beautiful and seems very sturdy. It’s a vinyl wrap on MDF board. I was expecting more actual wood but it really is beautiful. Delivery and installation went perfectly. The slats can be positioned high or low to be used with a foundation or without.”
