Poor Product, Poor Customer Service

“If I could give a negative star review I would. This bed arrived defective with holes drilled in the wrong spot leaving exposed MDF instead of the nice finished painted side. The holes to screw in the decorative balls were covered with glue and wood from the headboard. The paint in various areas was chipping. When I called customer service I was given a runaround in trying to receive a refund. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative than I was today. If the company reads this I am happy to provide names so that you might do better with who you are putting in charge of dealing with customers.”

Bolts make bed incompatible with required box spring

“The bolts extend almost half an inch on the inside of the frame on both sides, making the inner width less than 38 inches. So when you attempt to put a twin box spring in the frame (standard width 38 inches) it doesn't fit. It's a design flaw. The bed doesn't work without a box spring. DO NOT BUY.”
