“The headboard is fine, but the rest of the bed is so unbelievably unsteady. I can pick up the footboard and move the entire bed separately from the headboard. The only thing holding everything together is 4 brackets and gravity... Im honestly really unhappy with it.”

“I'm truly disappointed in my purchase. I can't believe there is only 3 support beams for the be and because of the hardware a box springs will not fit. I have had to purchase additional hardware to support the bed. I total disappointed and a former customer after this purchase!”

“I was very disappointed with the shipping and packaging. The parts in the box were scattered everywhere and we had to dig to find the screws. The headboard came chipped in multiple places. We had to buy touch up paint to cover the chips and scratches since we did not have any faith in the return/reordering process. I won’t order anything from Ashley again.”

“Cheapest bed I’ve ever seen. Showed up broken. The headboard is a 1/2” piece of particle board and the scalloped piece is also a piece of particle board barely screwed into the other. After they sent a replacement piece, I realized it doesn’t have slats so I had to buy a box spring just to discover the bed is too small for the box spring. My husband had to modify the frame to make it fit. Only added a second star because in the end, my 3 year old loves it. I was surprised since this is an actual furniture brand that’s been around for awhile.”
