“I ordered this set online. I received it in February. I didn’t notice when it was delivered that there was a crack in the headboard. It appears to have been patched/glued in the warehouse. There is no easy way to connect with anyone as you have to go through long automated phone prompts and wait on hold for well over 45 minutes. The online chat is next to useless, and often disconnects.”
