“We are so disappointed in Ashley and our purchase of this footboard. Our wood came split, took them three months finally get us a new one. The new one never made it to our house. It was broken as well. They picked up our broken headboard and footboard, but we have yet to receive our refund. So no refund and no headboard or footboard. So very disappointed in Ashley and we will never be purchasing from them again.”
