“I purchased this for my Grandson and when it was delivered to his home the boxes were in terrible condition! They had been torn, opened, and retapped terribly! The wood was scratched and had nicks in it and was missing parts! He sent pictures to Ashley and they are shipping him a new one however now he won’t receive it until March 18th! This is terrible service for the amount of money I paid. When he receives the replacement one I will review again and change my review if we are satisfied with the new one.”

“I think for the price it is a good piece of furniture. It looks nice in our room, but is a bit wobbly after the Ashley team put it together. It is more of a brownish gray and has a lovely quality to it. It seems like it could be better quality when it comes to the rail setup. It does not lay evenly on the floor and our box spring shifts when we get on the bed because of it.”

“Cheaply made. Because of a default with another bed I previously had purchased I had to exchange for another bed. The Murrieta, CA Ashley store did not have a model to view. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED TO ANYONE.M”

“The bed is very nice and sturdy. Very happy with the bed itself once we set it up. The instructions are slightly confusing however we worked it out.
My only complaint was the inserts did not line up with the screws on one side of the headboard. We needed to purchase new ones and drill holes to insert them in so we could complete the set up. Definitely a flaw on the manufactures part.”
