“Headboard and footboard delivered but no rails , still waiting on the rails and now being told 2 weeks when I purchased it was guaranteed to be delivered now my guests coming into town do not have a place to sleep, called and was told nothing they can do . Horrible service”

“We upgraded my son from the full size version to the queen. It has been several years since we purchased but the quality of the queen versus the full was night and day. There were screws missing all throughout the headboard and footboard. Knicks everywhere despite the package not being damaged. The decorative pieces you see on the headboard, that stick out, along with the very top ledge of the headboard were completely detached. I had to use my own wood screws to do my best and reattach everything. Had it not been 9 o’clock at night and already disassembled the full size bed, I probably would have shipped it back. I’m shocked Ashley would put their name on something of such low quality. I just told my son to be very careful that it’s not going to withstand much “abuse” from an early teenage boy.”
