“Arrived damaged. Ashley won’t pick up for return. They are sending a replacement, but they refuse to take the damaged one back. Said I have to dispose of it. I don’t have the means to do so. It’s heavy and I don’t own a truck. Which means now I have to pay someone to take it to the dump. Ridiculous policy.”
