“Terrible, never came with all the parts. Missing the entire side. Online customer service was even worse. Customer service was unable to help with anything after multiple attempts contacting them. To make matters worse they lied to me just to get me off the phone. Will never buy from Ashley’s furniture again!!!”

Great base but no hardware for an adjustable base

“The headboard is wonderful except when I purchased it, i specifically asked and I was told it would have the hardware to connect to the adjustable base we also bought at the same time. I had to spend a lot of money to make the headboard stay upright with falling on our heads.”

Cheaply made bed that Ashley won’t stand behind..

“very cheaply made bed for the amount of money it costs. Headboard is damaged in several spots and the led light stop wasn’t wired correctly and it shorted out. We are not entitled to a new headboard because we both work 12hrs a day and had to opt for them to drop it at our door. Because we “accepted” the packages as they were, there are no refunds. They only offered $180 refund or to send someone out to fix it. Well, there is no one in our area to fix it… what a joke. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.”
