“For $1600 the quality should have been much better. Headboard arrived damaged and broken with stripped screws. Ashley will not replace the headboard and offered a very small compensation for it. Of course they offered more for in house credit but that would require us to buy more over priced bad quality furniture. They also offered to send out a “professional” to repair it but have yet to hear if they actually will. Apparently no one in our area is a “professional””
