“Dresser was delivered and installed with the drawers unable to open and close properly. Informed the back office of this and stated the wood was damaged and causing the glides not to function. Instead they advised they’d send out new glides and have a technician come to install them. All this happening a month AFTER the initial delivery. So who knows when this dresser will be remedied. Regret this purchase”

“This dresser was delivered with a giant chip on the surface and in an obvious attempt to conceal the damage, someone filled it in with a black marker (the dresser is gray). Second attempt, no damage, however drawers are not aligning which makes it difficult to open/close. Poor experience with Ashley. Difficult to get ahold of their customer service. While this wasn’t our first time ordering from Ashley, it will certainly be the last.”
