“I purchased this bed about a month ago and it was delivered, incomplete, on 9/10/25. It has now been 19 days and the bed pieces are in the middle of my son's room. I have called them almost every day since and keep getting passed around and still no resolution. My son has no bed. I don't know what else to do.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY AGAIN!”
