“I am now stuck with two nightstands that I paid $428 total. In order to return, in the same packaging, one box completely unopened, it will cost me $230. I was under the impression that if I order something from the Ashley Furniture site I would be able to return to my local store. Not the case. No return label provided and I was told to go to FedEx and they would take care of it at my expense. When I hauled both boxes to FedEx and found out the cost would be over $200 I called my local store to see if I could take them there. Quote: “Trying to return an online Ashley order to an Ashley brick and mortar store is like returning something you bought from WalMart to Target”- Ashley Store Sales Manager
What an absolute joke. I am now stuck with these nightstands, which while they quality was decent, they just didn’t work with the color of our flooring and paint. I would never buy from Ashley again, online or in store. Terrible.”

Beautiful but not high quality

“It is absolutely beautiful, however the craftsmanship just isn’t 5 star worthy. Not surprising at this price point though. The first one did come damaged but customer service was excellent to deal with and they sent a new one right away. For the looks I’d say it’s worth the purchase.”
