broken and still waiting

“After waiting 30 days to actually receive it, it came broken. Then had to wait seven more days to see a technician to see about fixing it, he said it's unfixable. I then receive a phone call from Ashley furniture saying that they're going to send parts to fix it even though the technician originally said it's unfixable so now I'm waiting for the parts which is gonna take 2 to 3 more weeks to receive. So after two months in, I still have a dresser in my house that's broken and I'm not sure if I'm gonna get refunded or if it's gonna get replaced.”
