“Great looking nightstand. Came fully assemble except for the drawer handles and USB accessory.
Unfortunately the USB accessory is not usable as the charging connection ports are USB-C. Most device charging cables have the specified end on the device end and a USB-A connection on the power end. Because of the USB-C ports on the accessory instead of USB-A ports I’m unable to use it to charge any devices.”

“Overall we like the way they look. One came with a small chip in the drawer which I believe they're sending a replacement part for. I noticed last night that all the drawers, where the back of the drawer attaches to the bottom of the drawer has jagged looking edges - just not neat like the other 3 sides. Doesn't effect the use but doesn't look "done". Ordered a dresser to go with the nightstand and had a delivery date scheduled and they contacted us to say it's delayed. Haven't heard anything more yet.”

“Looks great, pretty low quality though. The USB chargers on it are some 3rd party cheap attachment that has to be attached into the fiber board. They don't attach very well. The handles are plastic, not metal. There's no way to know that when ordering online. These are quality looing nightstands, but as with most box store furniture, they are cheaply made. Giving a 4 star because their build quality and materials is deceiving when ordering online, but they definitely look and work great.”

We were told we could pick them up however when we got to the warehouse they didn’t have them and they moved them to the new warehouse. No calls to us and we showed up two more times to pick them up. “Ordered 2 end grain tables online. They were delivered in pieces. Both tables were broken beyond repair. Don’t think I can blame Ashley’s, it must have had a rough commute and delivery to come broken in the box. What makes things worse is that I had to break the furniture down more enough to throw out in trash so sanitation would pick it up without giving me a ticket. Customer service was not helpful at all when it came to helping me dispose of broken furniture. Not only did they not get the end tables I wanted, I had to get rid of the trash as well. Went to raymour and Flanagan and ordered 2 end tables that were delivered in good shape.”
