“While the furniture is nice, what a HEADACHE! Delivery was 2 hours late outside of the 4 hour window time frame. Scratches, dents and damage all over. Trying to get anyone to help is a nightmare. Pictures aren’t enough they want me to move the furniture to get the item number off the back of the bed frame, dresser and nightstand. You couldn’t pay me to purchase from Ashely again. Very disappointed.”

“Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because
while setting the bed up I noticed I was missing a peg that goes under the center for support. And I had to buy more hardware because one of the long screws and a dowel was stripped and would not work. Ugh. Spending almost $800 on a bed you would think they would give you a few extras just to have. I absolutely love the bed though! It's beautiful and in great condition after shipping and delivery”

FYI you have to install/drill a spot for the USB plugs. The bed is also not real wood, it is a fiber board or something like that. This may already be disclosed on the website though.
Otherwise I love the bed and it is now the envy of my friends.”

“After waiting much longer than the initial delivery date and having to follow up numerous times before it was actually delivered. It came broken. We had to wait for someone to come out and fix it. He wasn’t able to fix it. The drawers don’t line up. I was told replacement drawers would be sent but have yet to receive them or hear anything further from Ashley.”
