Horrible bed and even worse customer service

“If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered this bed and after numerous delays in delivery dates, it was finally delivered 1 month after purchase and it arrived broken. Ashley sent someone out to repair the new item and they could not fix it. I was told new drawers needed to be ordered and that they would arrive within 5-7 business days. Nothing ever came and no contact was ever made by Ashley after numerous phone calls being promised the item, calls back and still no deliveries I requested a refund. Ashley told me they can’t refund and that they would take 5% off the price but couldn’t give me a delivery date for the drawers. I was told a supervisor would call me and never received a phone call. We are left with a damaged bed and no way to remediate the situation. Ashley furniture has horrible customer service and I would never order from them again!”

“Drawers in the bed are so practical. To save space in a tight location, we opted for drawers at the foot of the bed instead of on sides of bed. Really love the whole matching set. Drawers are decently deep”
