“Mine came broken, I reached out to customer service for a replacement & have yet to recieve the replacement. I also dont understand why the only discount offered is 10% yet you leave the customer with the broken furniture to dispose of themselves. Offer a better discount & more customers would keep a lightly damaged piece over having a new piece shipped out and being responsible to dispose of the original. Either way, im still stuck with my damaged furniture & no replacement or discount. I do have another set of this bedroom set for another room & its fine with no issues.”
