Very disappointed

“We purchased the daybed and the storage underneath the daybed and the installer left the storage part of the daybed and never installed it and left my house. Very disappointed. I’ve Ashley twice for someone to come out to fix it and they keep telling me somebody will call and rectify the problem and you never do.”
