3 weeks and track already fell off

“I was really happy with the delivery. The drivers were top-notch and very communicative. I've had the dresser for 3 weeks and the track of the top drawer already fell off. We took the drawer out to investigate and the track fell off and screw fell out. We tried to put the spare screw in, but learned that the hole is completely useless and has been completely stripped. Whoever put the drawers together messed up. Now we need to figure out how to fill the hole and re-screw the track back in.”

I checked Jordans, Bernie and Phyls but I ended up finding this on sale for the Fourth of July sale. I was at work when it was delivered but when I came home and saw it I was impressed. It exceeded my expectations, very well put together. It was a little longer than expected (but I also didn't pre-measure), but I love it! The only thing is, I wish the draws opened a little more. But besides that - I highly recommend. Not cheap at all.”

“I bought this for my guest room and because it’s not going to be used very much it’s acceptable. It’s an average piece of furniture. It did off gas a lot (meaning it had that chemical smell) so I had to open the drawers of the dresser and I opened the bedroom window and put the fan on to help with that. Took about 10 days to clear that. The drawers are pretty flimsy but again it wasn’t going to be used very heavily. The price was decent.”

“Overall the item is okay. But my customer service experience with Ashley’s I would give 0 stars. It took over a month to receive the items. Then on the day of delivery I was told by the delivery person that he was only delivering the chest and not both items as the schedule delivery was setup for. No one from the company had reached out to me to discuss the changes of the delivery. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the dresser. Once it was delivered I noticed I chip/scratch on the corner I contacted customer service and they informed me that a craftsman would come out the following Saturday . I received a text and email asking me to confirm the craftsman appointment in which I did long story short the day of the craftsman appointment no one came I contacted customer service yet again and they did not know what could had caused the error to the craftsman not showing up and I now have to wait another two weeks for someone to come out”

“Dresser was delivered with the three drawer tracks broken off. My spouse had to use wood putty and buy new screws to install. Plus the tags where nailed to inside top of cabinet and it caused it to splinter through to front.”
