“was excited until arrived. All drawers were hanging sideways and off their tracks. Could never get them to stay in. Would not fit.. I've ordered from Ashley before but very disappointed with this. Also taking forever to get it returned. Talked to 3 different depts and still working on it.”

“It was damaged during shipment, someone from Ashley loaded and did not ask us to inspect. Why would that be our job?? Ashley is the one that receives the shipment! When we unboxed it when we got home, we saw the damage. I’m having no success getting it replaced!! Not good for Ashley reputation!!”
