“The pictures do not show that there is an additional leg at the middle of each side rail. I specifically picked this bed since it didn’t show those legs, which are a risk for broken toes. I consider this to be false advertising and I am disappointed, but decided to keep the bed anyway. It’s set up as a guest bed but so far seems to be decent quality. I was able to assemble it myself. Scrap fabric was used to hold pieces inside the headboard for shipping, which was helpful to have a swatch of the material while shopping for bedding.”

The main issue with it is that it had a strong smell (especially the head board part), and even after airing it out for a week and also using plenty of odor absorbers and odor reducing spray, it still smells bad (~1 month later) if we don't air the room out or use the air filter for a couple of days. Hopefully this smell goes away permanently... It was also not obvious that it doesn't include some sort of foundation, so be sure to have or order a box spring or other foundation.”

“The bed is easy to assemble and looks beautiful. I want to switch the fabric covered buttons to the large rhinestone/crystal buttons and it will be easy to do because of the way the back liner is zippered!! I haven't done it yet because I'm still settling in to my new place, but it will be so much easier to do when I am ready. I would recommend putting an extra one each of the various screws, washers, nuts needed to put it together. There were a couple missing but I had what I needed on hand. At the time it was an annoyance - then I received something else to put together (not from Ashley, entirely different manufacturer) and there was one extra of each screw, dowel post, etc., and I thought, "Brilliant."”

“Overall experience I give a 4 star, but after being able to put my bed together it will be a 5 star rating. When I got my bed delivered, I didn’t have all the correct parts. When I called the to let the store know they notified the distributor and I received the part I needed within the same week after having it delivered through UPS. The bed is sturdy, and easy to put together. Only thing I really was frustrated with was the topping bolts. They are not labeled on the bags they. One in. Luckily each sizes had different quantities with some sizes looking almost identical. I had to lay out pieces of paper first to identify and place bolts in appropriate spaces to make the build easiest for me. Worked out great and again my bed is fabulous!”

“Received my bed frame today, was on time and delivery men were very polite. I decide to put the product together myself. The product took me hours to assembly, the most tedious part was hooking the bed frames together after assembling the pieces separate. I must say some of the screws offered re that part are nonsense, (meaning bad measurement) so I improvised and it seemed to get the job done. It’s a very beautiful addition to my room, I was a little sceptic because my room decor is white and the frame is beige, but it fit perfectly. Ooo one of the base woods foundation (don’t know the proper name) was a little defected, in fact as I screw several in I realized that the Wood begin to part. So that made me a little concern of how sturdy the bed may be. So if it breaks I will be updating in the future. Because of seeing that I’m a little conscious sleeping on the bed, because I’m scared it may just cave in. But I pray to God that’s just me being paranoid. But other than that, it’s a very beautiful asset in my room and I love it thus far. Just hopes the wood foundation don’t cave in...”

Upon opening it and getting everything out and ready I noticed an oder coming off the material, it has yet to completely dissipate and I can still smell it as I walk into the room. the fabric seems to be of good quality. The only thing I would say could use a fix would be the side rails, since they come in 2 pieces that attach together to complete the length, they don't seem very sturdy and sound, they bow in slightly and seem on the flimsy side. told our kids not to use them as a step stool to get on the actual mattress. overall happy with our purchase. the price point was well within reason”

“I have had this bed for about 2 weeks and love how elegant it looks! I paid for in home delivery and set-up. I realized that the bed was put together without center support feet on the planks. Luckily, I was able to construct them myself out of leftover 4x4 wood but wouldn't have been able to sleep in the bed without them. The mattress was sagging from the second I put it on, so I know I had a problem. Be sure your delivery men or women put the middle support feet on before they leave. There are holes for this feature so it means it was forgotten. Partly my fault for not realizing it until later. Overall, I am very happy with the bed and how it looks in my master!”
