“The rails wasn't received. I ordered this bed back in December it was delivered Saturday 2/11/24 without the rails. Ashley is the worse at customer experience”

“Honestly I’m gonna provide my review on the entire bed. For the most part it was easy to assemble. The instructions are seriously lacking and need to be tailored appropriately. The rails, the headboard and the footboard all come in separate boxes. From looking at the two sheets of paper the manufacturer provides you with, you can get an idea of what to do; however, you’re gonna have to figure it out if you’ve never assembled a sleigh bed. I had looked at a bed with the metal frame for the headboard and footboard but it got negative reviews citing that it was not sturdy and shook. Once you get the frame together together, it looks great because then all you have to do with the rails is snap them in, easy enough except for that last corner. This is honestly a two man job. If I had someone else to help me it would have been easier, but it seems
to be worth all the trouble it took to put together because it’s beautiful.”
