“I ordered this for my Granddaughter and when we opened the boxes, to assemble it, the footboard and rails were white (which we ordered), but they sent a black headboard. I contacted Ashley furniture to see what they could do to rectify the situation, but they were unable to do anything until after the holidays, I was greatly disappointed!!!!!”

“We was excited about receiving our little girls new bedroom suit until it got here. The boxes were damaged and hardware for the headboard was missing. There was also damage to the side rail. I message Ashley regarding the issue, and they was supposed to send me new hardware pieces and gave me an order number. Never received an email or anything and it’s been a week. My husband and I are very disappointed.”
