We live on a single income, so most of the dressers I was interested were ones we had to assemble ourselves and the reviews weren't great. I came across this dresser and chest of drawers and the price was GREAT! We bought both from the Anarasia collection. They're a bit more traditional than we were looking for, but they are beautiful. We use this dresser as a changing table for our 30-pound 2.5 year old, as well. It's definitely sturdy enough. They are well made; not exquisite craftstmanship, but a mid-range dresser and chest that will last for a long time. The delivery men were very friendly and efficient. I loved that I didn't have to assemble an ikea-like piece of furniture, and ended up with two beautiful pieces of furniture at a great price. These are a great price, good quality, and look beautiful. Great buy!”

“We’ve had 3 items delivered by Ashley’s using “white glove service” and all 3 came totally managed. This dresser was no different. It looks like the dresser was dropped at some point and no one checked to make sure no damage. Side panel disconnected, tracks broken off, split down the top, chunk of wood ripped off of bottom. Called customer service, told to call another number, and that customer service said 72 hours before someone calls to decide “if they’re going to send someone out to inspect it or what the next steps are”. I sent photos and everything— how about put a rush on just exchanging the item and getting us a dresser not totally demolished? Dresser looks cute though, but I’ll never purchase from Ashley’s again after both deliveries had all items damaged/broken.”

So at this point I am frustrated and angry about the poor service”
