“Weak wood. Owned this bed for 8 months. The wood frame completely caved in. Side support beams installed with staples. Not sure how staples are going to support the weight of two adults and a king mattress…”

Great bed!

“Just got us the king sized frame. Paid for assembly and it took them 15-20 min to put it all together. Overall it’s a great frame - looks great and supports my mattress well! One thing to note, I didn’t realize beforehand that the headboard isn’t real cane material, but you can’t tell until you get up close and feel it. Regardless it still looks great!”

“Flimsy pieces of wood, the side rails are barely an inch thick. And the support beam that is supposed to hold the slats is stapled in to this one inch piece of wood. The King size will NOT support a mattress and the weight of two adults. The support beam completely ripped off the side rail and the entire bed caved in. Do Not Buy this bed. Incredibly cheap quality wood and will not last more than one year.”

“The build quality was horrible. One of the support boards on the headboard was attached in a spot that made building the bed impossible without significant extra work. The bed was overall low quality as well. You can get a better bed somewhere else for less.”

Broken garbage

“Bed broke in just over a month. Feet snapped, twisted up the base and slats.. It is a bad design and construction and since the footboard feet are separate from the headboard feet, you can’t try to even it out. I have 100% confidence that a replacement bed would have the same issue. Other beds in this price range also all have reviews saying the feet broke. They will not refund the broken product so now I’ll be stuck paying a lot more money if I want to try to find anything decently made. I can understand not refunding a customer if they just don’t like something they purchased but not refunding someone when your product broke is madness. I will never do business with Ashley again.”

Terrible bed and customer service

“If i could give it zero i would. We haven’t even slept in it yet and it’s nonreturnable. The wood cracks and makes noises just when you sit on it. I specifically wrote to a team member asking if there’s a weight limit and they said no we ensure our bed frames ar heavy duty. Unbelievable that it can’t be returned not even slept in. Will never use Ashley again i DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. I want my money back.”
