“Nightstand looks nice in my opinion. Build quality is spot on for ashley if you know what I mean. Nothing special, not bad though.
My complaints stem from the product description and design decision from Ashely. First off, there is more assembly than just the four legs if you want the nightstand to have charging and lights. The charger and lights are not preinstalled, so you have to do that yourself, which requires a decent bit of installation. Highly recommend using a drill, not a screwdriver as suggested. The handle for the drawer is also not pre-installed, so you have to do that as well.
I really thought there would be more than 1 usb port for charging, but no. Just the wireless charger and one USB C port. The product description should really state how many usb's and what kind. Charger is 5.24v 2.4A which is also a bit disappointing. Definitely could have included a higher amperage charger so that your devices charger faster.
The paper they include in the box which says the model of the USB charger isn't even the USB charger you get. That's terrible quality assurance by ashley. No idea how that slipped through the cracks.
Finally, WHY is the grounding screw for the light strip on the TOP of the nightstand. Couldn't it be on the side or bottom where it is hidden? The hole for it is already pre-drilled, so if you want it installed somewhere else, there is still a hole in the top of your nightstand. Terrible design choice by ashley there.
At the end of the day, it looks nice and fits my space well so I'm keeping it, but by no means a 5 star product. If ashley wanted to improve the design, they would be honest about the assembly involved, include a higher quality wireless charger, have both a usb c and usb a port, make sure the documentation included in the box actually matches the product, and move the grounding screw so it's hidden. If it were up to me, this wouldn't have lighting included at all. If I want to add lighting, I would do it myself after the fact. I care more about the charging options.
My product recommendation is a *SOFT* yes. If you like how it looks and don't care much about the other stuff, go for it. If you are picky about the things I mentioned, I would avoid.”

“This is a $2000 bedroom set made of MDF, no real wood, and literal stickers. The "imitation cane with texture" is a smooth sticker of a photo of cane. I thought it was a joke when I saw it. Like, contact the FTC level deceptive marketing description. This is unreal.”

“Nightstand is beautiful but it was a bit confusing to assemble. We also have a cord with an extra extension to nowhere so that just hangs loosely behind the stand. Wireless charger is garbage and the corded works but is very slow, as someone else noted.
Overall, I recommend these nightstands and would purchase again.”

“The nightstand was very pretty in the pictures and when I received it it was the same. However upon opening the careful packaging, the side of the drawer was apart from the drawer front. In looking at the material, the side drawer seemed to be made of a hard cardboard. I ordered 2, sent the one back, and donated the damaged one per Ashley. They look good but the material used is shoddy.”
