I love this bed frame, but the roll slats’ were drilled incorrectly/too short.

“I purchased this bed frame on Thursday and it delivered on Friday, so that was awesome! The delivery went well and it came in a single box, 181lbs. I love the fabric (color and feel) and it assembled pretty quickly. The frame is very sturdy and despite having a 1/4” trim panel at the base of the wall, the headboard still sits flush against the wall. I’ve also flopped down pretty hard to test it out and there’s no noise from the frame. So far I’ve received nothing but compliments about the frame and I am happy I chose this one.
My only conflict and the reason for the 4 stars is that the roll slats were not cut correctly. They are designed to be screwed down (only 3 slats) on the left, middle, and right sides but either the holes are incorrectly drilled or the slats are too short. I loosened all of the screws to try and readjust the frame but it was still off by 3mm. I opted to screw 2 slats down on the left, 3 in the middle, and 1 on the right. The slats fit laterally so they are still usable, but yeah, the holes were drilled incorrectly.
It’s also important to know that king beds vary a bit in size and the frames have to account for that so I have a bit of extra space around the mattress where you can see the slats. Therefore, I may add a bunkie board, but it’s 100% not needed.”

“So far very sturdy frame. The slats that came with it seem very solid, I used my Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed frame within this bed frame and it fits very snugly. Very nice headboard too. The headboard fits under our window sill.”

Missing parts, lies about shipping times, horrible customer experience

“First, our order was missing a crucial piece of the bed frame (the center support beam). Ashley offered to send us a replacement part in 7-10 business days. After that time passed, we called to check the status of our order and they said the part wouldn't arrive for 60 days! They offered to send us a whole new bed (shipping time = unknown) but what are we supposed to do with the old frame? Dump it, they said. What a wasteful, dishonest company. The whole experience was terrible and 3 weeks has passed since ordering the bed initially and we still only have parts of a bed.”

Or nice and seem to be a good quality. Trouble is the delivery.People came in their hands were dirty from handling the furniture in the truck and they stained the bed. They also tracked in mud and grass into the home and did not clean it up.”
