Cheap bed and company sends you used furniture and doesn't fix the problem

“The worst experience I have ever had with a company. They sent a bed that was clearly a used bed, parts were missing, nuts and bolts were in a Ziploc bag. There are scratch marks where the bolts were screwed in and taken out. I have been trying to return the bed for 4 days and every single person I have spoken to tells me some other story and are refusing to give me a refund. The item is cheap and the rattan is printed on a sticker for the headboard.”

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs!

“I don’t know where to begin. This has been hands down the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered furniture online, excited to get some new pieces for my living room. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of frustration, lies, and broken promises.
First, the delivery. They missed the delivery window twice and left me waiting around all day with no updates. When it finally arrived, half the pieces were damaged and scratched. To make matters worse, I had to jump through hoops just to get someone to fix the issue. They promised a replacement in a week... That was two months ago.
The furniture itself? Absolutely subpar. The quality is laughable for the price I paid. It feels like it will fall apart any minute now. I’ve had better furniture from discount stores that last longer.
Do yourself a favor and never shop at Ashley Furniture. The hassle, poor service, and cheap products are NOT worth it. I will never, ever return, and I urge everyone to avoid them at all costs.
1 star is too generous.”

Poor Quality Wood

“Weak wood. Owned this bed for 8 months. The wood frame completely caved in at the 8 month mark. Side support beams installed with staples. Not sure how staples are going to support the weight of two adults and a king mattress. The employe I spoke with to file a claim was not able to refund me or allow me to return this item. She stated that the ‘72 hour’ return window is past. Well, a bed would not cave in after 72 hours. This is so disappointing and such a waste of money. Now I’m going to be stuck with pieces of wood, no bed and having to go spend more money elsewhere for a new frame.”

“It’s plain, the wicker design is printed on but it’s realistic. It matches the neutral aesthetic so it’s fine esp for the price for a king. The assembly was mildly annoying due to holes not being fully pre-drilled and instructions having no text. Good value for the price”
