“It’s a nice piece but the headboard being a print of the rattan, not the actual material is misleading. You would not know from the pictures online that it’s that way. It looks so tacky in my opinion and I will probably be buying the rattan can material and adding it to the headboard myself. My husband took it out of the box and put it together already before I got home or I would have taken one look at it in the box and returned it.”

“This is a $2000 bedroom set made of MDF, no real wood, and literal stickers. The "imitation cane with texture" is a smooth sticker of a photo of cane. I thought it was a joke when I saw it. Like, contact the FTC level deceptive marketing description. This is unreal.”

Came damaged and bad customer service

“Came damaged, tried to submit a claim for a replacement- the agent I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The agent would not push my claim any further saying there was nothing they could do when it is under warranty for a year, refused to transfer me to a supervisor and gave a fake name so that I couldn’t make a formal complaint. I ended up having to hang up and call back to get a different agent who actually submitted my claim but I’m still unsure as to if a replacement has been sent out as I have gotten no confirmation of my claim.”
