Okay bed, missing pieces

“Overall the bed looks nice, my complaints are with putting it together. It was supposed to come with two cams and did so had to go by them, it took 4 hours for two people to put together.”

“Weak wood. Owned this bed for 8 months. The wood frame completely caved in at the 8 month mark. Side support beams installed with staples. Not sure how staples are going to support the weight of two adults and a king mattress. The employe I spoke with to file a claim was not able to refund me or allow me to return this item. She stated that the ‘72 hour’ return window is past. Well, a bed would not cave in after 72 hours. This is so disappointing and such a waste of money. Now I’m going to be stuck with pieces of wood, no bed and having to go spend more money elsewhere for a new frame.”
