“Ok first off let me start with the pros. Great size for a smaller room. Love the look. The cons is it is extremely loud and squeaky. I mean my kids can barely go to sleep because it makes a loud squeaking sound every time one of them rolls overs and if the one on top hast to go to the bathroom he always wakes the one on the bottom up. The worst part was that we paid to have it put together and my husband just went back through tonight and undid all the bolts and nuts to put on plastic washers to see if that would help. And it does a little bit but it was frustrating that is what we had to do.”

“I would highly recommend the bunk bed. I found the frame to be exceptionally sturdy. I have a 6yr soon to be 7yr. Old inthe top bunk. He loves to climb and jump, but to his surprise the safety rail prevents him from rolling out. My 10yr old grand daughter has the bottom full size bed and it's just perfect for her. She is tall for her age and the size gives her plenty of room to stretch out. I was an empty nester and recently found myself needing to help my daughter and grandbabies through a rough patch. I had just purged my home of excess stuff starting to plan for retirement. So getting the bunk beds for this moment in time was a big help!”

“I chose this bed because I have three young Granddaughters, a 6 year old and a set of twins 4.5 yrs - I thought this would be the best sleeping solution for them, plus a great space saver in their bedroom. I went to the local Ashley store to see it in person because I wanted to verify how sturdy the metal frame is vs a wood frame option. After fully checking it out, I felt reassured it would be sturdy enough for 3 kids in their age group. Post delivery and set up, with the mattresses and bedding all in place - I was totally satisfied! And so far it’s passed the 3 rambunctious kid test. The kids love it too. For the price, I felt it was a good value. I also purchased a furniture protection plan, to cover any manufacturer issues or defects.”

“This Dinsmore twin over full bunk bed is simple and very well built that I was able to put it all together by myself in just a couple hours. I like the square and round all metal tubings used and every parts fitted perfectly together. However, the draw backs I have from rating it higher were that my 5 year old twins have to literally climb over the rail to get onto the top bunk and the climbing rails hurt their feet. They bumped their heads a few times getting in and out the bottom bunk but those weren’t the bed fault I am sure we all know how kids are.”

“My husband bought this bed over a year ago for our 6 year old and 3 year old boys, and they love it. The problem is that after about 6 months it started creaking, every move there is a creak. I used to be able to sleep beside my 3 year old when he wakes up during the night, but I can't anymore, as I can't take the creaking. It doesn't even matter if you are on the top or bottom bunk, the entire thing creaks. I am seriously considering getting a different bed, which is such a waste given they haven't had it long.”
