“The product was missing the usb cords that it says it comes with. The back legs installed crooked. Delivery was canceled the first time. Having bad experience with my purchase and Customer service. Sad because they sell nice looking things but not worth the headache.”

“I have usually purchased from Wayfair for this type of item. When it arrived I realized the measurements for my new place were incorrect and the nightstand wouldn't fit. Ashley refused to help with the return and I had to spend >$100 to ship it back to them. Couldn't even drive it to a store. Wayfair is awesome with returns....never buy from Ashley online if you are not 100% sure you want the item. People on customer service line were awful.”
