“The dresser itself is nice. Decent quality.
The delivery experience is as horrible. Received this product one month past the delivery date given to us. Delivery cancelled twice and the I had to speak with multiple customer service representatives at different times. 2-3 people were pleasant while 2-3 others were rude.
Overall dissatisfied with customer service.
Delivery team were nice and professional .”
